Chinese driller Anton Oilfield Services Group and Schlumberger Ltd. launched a joint venture (JV) on Wednesday that will see the pair offer integrated project management services for onshore energy projects in an effort to capitalize on China's growing unconventional gas industry.
The new company will be incorporated in China, with Schlumberger contributing 60 percent of the expected $12 million in registered capital, and Anton responsible for the remaining 40 percent.
