Beijing: PetroChina has announced its plans for a first bond issuance in 2013. It will issue RMB15bn with maturity of five years and RMB5bn with maturity of ten years from March 15.
China Citic Securities will be main underwriter of the bond, China International Capital and China Galaxy Securities will be the co-underwriters.
PetroChina said funds raised from the bond issue will all be used to repay loans.
